This certificate can be taken as a focused 1-day foundation or as the full 3-day programme (online + Berlin campus), with practical guidance to implement Human Rights Due Diligence in your organisation.

FORMAT | 1 OR 3 DAYS
Attend Day 1 only for legal and strategic foundations, or complete all 3 days for implementation tools and certification assignment.

DAY 1 | FRAMEWORKS & REGULATION
Understand core Business & Human Rights concepts and key requirements from CSDDD, CSRD and national supply chain regulations.

DAY 2 | RISK IDENTIFICATION
Build your due diligence approach: map value-chain risks, assess severity and likelihood, and define prevention and mitigation priorities.

DAY 3 | MONITORING & REMEDY
Set up grievance channels, corrective actions, monitoring indicators and reporting processes to ensure ongoing compliance and impact tracking.

STANDARDS | GLOBAL ALIGNMENT
Apply practical methods aligned with UNGPs, OECD Guidelines and ILO principles to integrate human rights into governance and operations.
