studied law and business administration and has been working as an attorney at law and in-house-counsel in Germany for over 25 years. He is the former Chief Compliance & Security Officer of Bombardier Transportation, Head of the working group Compliance of the German Railway Industry (VDB) and author of numerous publications on Compliance, Legal Operations and Dispute Resolution.

is a German lawyer with extensive experience in the retail industry, compliance, governance and corporate matters. He oversees the department “Of-Counsel” for compliance in the Frankfurt office of Norton Rose Fulbright. He also serves as a co-chair of the CSR/Human Rights working group of the German Institute for Compliance e.V. (DICO) and publishes regularly on human rights and general compliance issues.
